Mary Frances Moore of West Chester

Mary Frances Moore, 71, of West Chester and formerly of Darby, died Friday, June 16.

She was the beloved wife of James R. Moore; loving mother of James R. Moore Jr. (Dawn) of West Chester,  and David R. Moore (Katherine) of Glenmoore, and Kelli Moore Konrad (Herb) of Mount Royal, N.J.; devoted grandmother of Mackenzie, Samantha, Sophia, Sloane, Adeline and Jack; and dear sister of Yvonne DuPont Schultz, Jacqueline DuPont Salotti (Steve), Mark Gerald DuPont (Rita), and Thomas Michael DuPont; predeceased by her siblings Patricia DuPont Pohlig, John Joseph DuPont, and Kevin Anthony DuPont.

Married 49 years, she enjoyed spending summers in Sullivan County with family and friends and traveling to North East, Md. on the Chesapeake Bay. She was famous for her ceramics and chocolate chip cookies. Christmas was by far her favorite holiday making sure all were included in the festivities. With her generous spirit, those who were homeless or without loved ones were treated like family, gifts and all. Most of all she just loved spending time with family, friends and her beloved grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, June 22, at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382 followed by her Funeral Service at noon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Road, Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
