• The next exhibit at the Brandywine River Museum of Art opens this weekend. Joseph Stella: Visionary Nature opens June 17 and runs through Sept. 24. Stella is considered a pioneering modernist in American art and is recognized primarily for his dynamic Futurist-inspired paintings of New York, in particular Coney Island and the Brooklyn Bridge.
