Harry Angelo Alexander, 75, died peacefully Thursday, Sep. 16, surrounded by his loving family at his home in Chadds Ford. Harry was born in Chester and graduated from Chester High School in 1963. He moved to Chester County and has lived in Chadds Ford since 1970. He was self-employed and owner/operator of Alexander Auto Sales in Upland for more than 50 years. Harry was committed to his wife and family and enjoyed his cars, boating on the Chesapeake Bay, working on his home, traveling, and relaxing at his home in Florida. Harry will be truly missed by all but never forgotten.
He was the son of the late Angelo and Anna (Knight) Alexander.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Carol (Warwick) Alexander, his beloved daughter Eva (Alexander) Kitner (Tadd) 2 grandchildren Amanda Kehr (Stephen Rasczyk), Todd Kehr (Sandra), and two great-grandchildren Haley Marie and Delaney Nichole Kehr and his brother Michael Alexander.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
