The Chester County District Attorney’s office issued a press release saying that an East Marlborough Township resident defrauded two condominium associations out of almost $1 million. I had the great fortune to visit with artist Rob Sigafoos at his studio in Brandywine on Sunday. A sculptor and fine craftsman, he makes pieces comprised of metal, wood and stone.
