Man gets 13 to 40 years for abusing 4-year-old

Michael Adam Kaminsky, 47, of Haverford Township, was sentenced to 13 to 40 years in prison yesterday and was also sentenced to lifetime registration as a sex offender under Megan's Law, for repeatedly sexually assaulting a child in 2017, who was 4-year-old at the time of the abuse. The Brandywine Conservancy is conducting a feasibility study on establishing a water trail on the Brandywine Creek. The trail would include both the West and East branches of the creek and run from Coatesville and Downingtown and downstream into Delaware.
