Selma Bernice Osborne of Kennett Square

Selma Bernice Osborne, 62, of Kennett Square, died Friday,
Feb. 17, at the Jennersville Regional Hospital. She was the wife of Bill J.
Osborne, with whom she shared 37 years of marriage.

Born in West Chester, she was the daughter of the late Earl
Ham and Arlene Barlow Proffitt.

She was a cook at Pocopson Home, West Chester, retiring in
2005, after 27 years of service.

She was a member of the Kennett Square Bible Methodist
Church.

She enjoyed cooking and being with her family and friends.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons,
Tommy Osborne of Nottingham, and Earl Briley of Red Lion; four daughters,
Delores Gharst of Avondale, Victoria Osborne of West Grove, Ronice Osborne and
Katrice Osborne, both of Kennett Square, three brothers, Jerry, Danny and Earl
Ham; one sister, Brenda Kinsey, fourteen grandchildren and seven
great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sons, Billy and Ricky Osborne and
one sister, Glenda Roark.

You are invited to visit with her family and friends from 11
a.m. to noon on Friday, Feb. 24, at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home, 250
West State Street, Kennett Square, (phone: 610-444-4116). Her funeral service
will follow. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery, Kennett Square.
