Phyllis Mills Wyeth, a noted philanthropist and a successful owner and breeder of thoroughbred racehorses, died Monday, Jan. 14, peacefully at her home with her husband, Jamie, by her side. She was 78 years old.
A private service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis’ memory are suggested to the Brandywine River Museum of Art and the Farnsworth Art Museum.
