North American Land Trust is seeking community volunteers to help plant trees, make improvements, and monitor wildlife at its Brinton Run Preserve, which NALT opened to the public in the spring of 2022. NALT bought the Chadds Ford property in 2021 after a previously approved residential development plan fell through. NALT  will protect the land from development through a conservation easement. Charges waived in CF shooting

Richard Falcone, who was charged with three criminal counts had two of the charges completely waived and a third waived down to a misdemeanor in a Nov. 15 hearing.
