Police Log Feb. 21: Arrest in Lulu Lemon theft

State police from the Media barracks arrested four people in connection with a retail theft at Lulu Lemon in Concord Township. The four suspects, all from Philadelphia, were identified by police as Tanya Little,22, Bilgis Rawls, 18, Briell Hargrave, 19, and Mikhail Bowers, 19. According to the report, the four grabbed handfuls of clothing from the racks inside Lulu Lemon and crossed all points of sale without rendering any payment for $5,000 worth of clothing on Feb. 12. All four entered a Gray Subaru Legacy bearing Pennsylvania registration LYC0118. They fled the scene in an unknown direction, but police eventually intercepted the car on Route 322 and eventually captured them after a high-speed chase on I-95 where the fleeing car crashed into another vehicle.

Kennett Square Police Department

Borough police said a criminal complaint has been filed against Stephen Kilgore on charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition and disorderly contact. The charges were filed on Feb. 2 after a Dec. 19 incident in which a package was stolen from a doorstep. Police said there is video of Kilgore taking the package and putting it in his car. The case is pending a preliminary hearing.
