Pennsylvania State Police Avondale Barracks • Pennsylvania State Police said Elaine McQuillin, 67, of West Chester, was killed in a two-car crash in Pocopson Township on Oct. 3. A juvenile passenger in McQuillin’s vehicle was injured, transported to a trauma center, and later released. Unionville-Chadds Ford School District celebrated its 100 years in service with a brief parade Friday.
