Matt Baumann is out as Chadd's Ford Township manager, Emily Pisano the assistant manager since April 2022 has been named interim manager and will serve in that capacity until Jan. 2, 2024. Her salary will increase to $80,000 prorated. Supervisors Samantha Reiner and Noelle Barbone announced the change during a Sept. 7 continuance of the Sept. 6 meeting.
No reason for the replacement was given, and Reiner declined to comment when asked why supervisors made the change.
