Property maintenance on hold

Chadds Ford Township supervisors Wednesday night said the proposed Property Maintenance Ordinance wouldn’t happen anytime soon, if at all. “The intent was never to pass that draft ordinance that was circulated,” said Supervisors’ Chairman Frank Murphy.
