Arrest made in Concord burglaries

The Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Investigation Unit arrested Christopher William Caywood, 27, of Glen Mills, on burglary charges, a press release said. Police said he’s the person who committed burglaries in Concord and Thornbury townships. On Sept. 27, an arrest warrant was obtained and Caywood was taken into custody. He was charged by Tpr. Possible HARB expansion in Chadds Ford

Chadds Ford Township supervisors are considering expanding the role of the Historic and Architecture Review Board. A resolution on the matter is expected to be on the agenda for the board’s Oct. 3 meeting.
