Jenna Dean, of Wilmington, holds her 15-year-old daughter Ellewyn while lending a guiding hand to her son Oliver, 6, in ringing the Remembrance Bell 16 times in honor of the 16 years since the 9/11 terror attacks in 2001. Dean said it was Oliver who got the family into re-enacting after a trip to Washington D.C.
