Nazareno A. Daddezio Sr. of Toughkenamon

Nazareno A. Daddezio Sr., 82, of Toughkenamon, died Dec. 6, at
Neighborhood Hospice in West Chester. He was the husband of Mary Lou
Conaway Daddezio, with whom he shared 62 years of marriage.

Born in Kennett Square, he was the son of the late Nazareno
and Angeline DiGiacomo Daddezio.

Naz was a mushroom grower from 1946 to 1989 and owned and
operated Daddezio Brothers in Toughkenamon, PA with his late brother, Maurice
“Mutt” Daddezio.

He was a member of St. Patrick Church in Kennett Square and
was an usher there for more than 40 years.

Naz was a lifetime member of the Italian American Club and
the Tuffies Sports Club. He enjoyed working on his farm and being with
his family and friends.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Nazareno
A. Daddezio, Jr. and a daughter, Denise Martelli (Pete), both of Toughkenamon;
two sisters, Annie Forno of Wilmington, and Angeline Mozzani of California;
four grandchildren, Dominic and David Daddezio, Danny Wyatt, and Mary Lou
Vipperman; six great grandchildren; and by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and brother, he was predeceased
by two sisters, Christine Borrelli and Mary Pedicone.

You are invited to visit with Naz’s family and friends from
6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 12, and again from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m. on Monday, Dec.
13 at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home (610-444-4116), 250 W. State St.,
Kennett Square, PA. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10
a.m. on Monday at St. Patrick Church, 212 Meredith St., Kennett Square,
PA. Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery.
