Saturday April 11th a Zumbathon©-for-a-Cause takes place at Grove United Methodist Church, 2:30-4:30 p.m.
All ages 8 and over are welcome to come for 2 hours of fast-paced aerobic exercise to music, led by 6-7 certified Zumba© instructors in tag-team style. (Yes, there is a mid-way water/rest break and yes, you can drop out at any time for any length of time. Water is provided.)
The event benefits women and children in Africa’s very poor country of Malawi and is in partnership with HomeAID for Africa, a local 501C3. Advanced registration (by April 8) is $15, at-door is $17. Open to everyone aged 8-100, with parental participation required for those aged 8-12.
