Ursuline Academy offers you several opportunities to become acquainted with our campus, faculty, and students, as well as flexibility with Admission Testing and Screenings.

Upcoming Upper School Open House

Please join us for our 2015 Spring Open House on Tuesday evening - promptly at 6:30  p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Our Lower, Middle Open Houses were held in early November, but we welcome you to visit the academy.  Please contact our admission specialists to arrange for a personal tour. We also encourage visits on Walk Through Wednesdays. (Please see dates below.)

Walk Through Wednesdays
If you would like to take a tour of our campus, please visit us between 9:00 am and 11:00 am on Walk Through Wednesdays; no appointment necessary! For the 2014/15 school year, Walk Through Wednesdays will run from Wednesday, September 10th through Wednesday, May 27th*.
*Excludes 11/26, 12/24, 12/31, 4/1, and 4/8

Either a member of our staff or one of our Parent Ambassadors will take you on a walking tour of our campus, so you can observe students and teachers in action, ask questions, and gain a true feel for Ursuline’s school spirit.

If you are interested in our Early Childhood Program or grades 1 – 5, please come directly to our Lower School Main Office. For grades 6 – 12, please come to the Gerardine House, located at 1103 North Franklin Street.

Student Visitation
If you are applying for grades 2 – 12, we encourage you to spend the day at Ursuline, so you can meet our students and teachers and experience firsthand the programs we offer. Please complete a Student Visitation Form at least one week in advance of your desired choice date.

Testing Dates
Now that you have visited our campus and/or inquired with our Admission Office, you are ready to formally apply to Ursuline and participate in our Admission Testing.

An Admission Test (rising grades 1 – 5) or Admission Screening (Kindergarten) will be administered for students on Saturday, January 10th at 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. Please email admissions@ursuline.org to register.  A completed application is required to be on file to register.

*Testing (grade 1 – grade 12) and Screenings (Montessori or Traditional Pre-Kindergarten) may also take place Monday through Friday by appointment only. To register, email admissions@ursuline.org.
