On Tuesday, Nov. 24, the Chester County Art Association invites the public to attend  the opening from 5 to 8 p.m. of its  $300 and Under Exhibition, which celebrates the gifting of original artwork at enticing prices of ... $300 and under. The evening will include of artwork, hors d’oeuvres, wine, and craft beer.
