Light turnout for primary

More signs than voters.

So what happens if you hold an election and virtually no one shows up? That was the state of the 2026 primary election. According to Chester County’s website, there was only a 20.4 percent voter turnout, while Delaware County reported a 20.04 percent turnout. All precincts in the greater Chadds Ford reported low volume.

However, the turnout was uneventful since none of the races were contested.
