• Police are now reporting that a 56-year-old man was arrested for criminal trespass in Concord Township on March 24. The man was identified as Arnold Downes, from Wilmington. The report said he was seen entering, then leaving the residence on Baltimore Pike
• State police are investigating a reported case of retail theft from the Wawa on Naaman’s Creek Road in Concord Township on April 3. Three men reportedly stole a $30 box of wine.
• Shane Pierce, 19, from Chadds Ford, was arrested and charged with underage drinking on May 15, police said. The incident happened at Garnet Valley High. School. 
Kennett Square Police Department
• On April 14, at approximately 1:48 p.m., police responded to a report of an unaccompanied juvenile female walking on the sidewalk in the area of E. Cypress Street and S. Walnut Street. Upon arrival, officers located the juvenile, who was determined to be 3 years old. The investigation revealed that the juvenile was left unattended inside the residence while the babysitter was doing laundry, and that she had wandered out the door, putting her safety at risk. As a result of the investigation, Idalia Ramos-Perez, a 25-year-old female, was taken into custody and charged with endangering the welfare of children
• Jhorman Ortega-Tarazona, 26, of Avondale, was arrested on multiple charges following a traffic stop in the 200 block of N. Garfield Street for a vehicle displaying no emissions or inspection stickers, police said. The report also said Ortega-Tarazona gave police a false identification. Officers also found drug paraphernalia in the car and a wallet containing several IDs.
