Grant DeCosta of the Brandywine Conservancy announces the start of a Brandywine Flood Study that he and others hope will reduce the impact of any future flooding along the Brandywine. The study is expected to be finished in June of 2024.

The Brandywine Conservancy has launched a new flood study with the hope of mitigating damage from any future major flood event along Brandywine Creek. UCF buying new buses

As anticipated, the Unionville-Chadds Ford School Board voted to buy two diesel buses while it runs a pilot program on electric buses. The buses are from Rohrer Bus Sales for $283,050 ($141,525 each) and they’ll go into service during the 2024-2025 school year. Delivery is expected in July 2024.
