Flooding, tornado possible

AccuWeather issued a flood warning through 3:15 p.m. for the region due to heavy rain. A tornado watch is also in effect until 7 p.m. Showers and possible thunderstorms may continue later into the evening. Some of those storms could bring gusting winds.
