She was the wife of Ralph Citino, who died in 1979, and with whom she shared over 20 years of marriage. Power outages reported

PECO is reporting that there are multiple power outages in Delaware and Chester counties with more than 20,000 customers affected. A company spokesman said crews are working to restore power but couldn’t say when that would be accomplished.
