Police Log Sept. 26: Indecent exposure, theft, drug arrests
Pennsylvania State Police • A 49-year-old man was arrested for indecent exposure after urinating in the parking lot of state Rep. Stephen Barrar’s office on Sept. 11. State police identified the suspect as Brian Randolph McGovern of Chadds Ford.
