Frances Cloud Taylor, 96, of Kennett Square, died March 23, at Crosslands retirement community. Frances Taylor was born on June 23, 1921, in Wilmington. She was the daughter of Willard and Mabel Keenan Cloud and grew up on her parents’ dairy farm, Sunstone Farm, in Kennett Township.
