Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a house fire in Concord Township. An unidentified man was dead in the house. A release from Troop K, Media barracks, said the fire broke out at the home in the 800 block of Naaman’s Creek Road shortly before 8 a.m. Tuesday. The blacksmith’s shop at Newlin Park is a relic of an era long gone. The hammer and anvil are quiet now, and the forge and fire are cold except for an occasional demonstration.
