Phantom

This cute pooch was named Phantom due to his unique and elegant face markings, but he’s really anything but a ghost. This sweet boy came to the shelter as a scared stray back in July, but thanks to the dedication of CCSPCA volunteers, Phantom has grown to love and trust people. He is sure to be a lap dog and a constant companion when he finds his forever home. Phantom will need an active and attentive family as he will still need his basic training and lots of exercise.
