RoseMary G. Hughes, 63, of Peach Bottom, formerly of Kennett
Square, died Saturday, Feb. 26, at her residence.
Born in Phoenixville, she was the daughter of the late
William and Anna Yancik Gormley.
She was an Executive Assistant at CHE in Newtown Square.
RoseMary enjoyed shopping, stenciling flowers and bunnies.
She is survived by one son, Roy F. “Buddy” Hughes, Jr. of
Kennett Square; two daughters, Holly Ann Vargas and her husband Alex of
Cochranville, and Mary “Beth” Boyle and her fiancé Denny Bird, Sr. of
Peach Bottom; three brothers, Bill Gormley of Phoenixville, Scott Gormley of
Phoenixville and Jan Gormley of Johnstown; two sisters, Patricia Drabick, widow
of Stanley Drabick, of Phoenixville, Bonnie August of Phoenixville, and 13
grandchildren.
You are invited to visit with her family and friends from 10
a.m. to noon on Thursday, March 3, at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home, 250
West State street, Kennett Square. Her funeral service will follow at noon. Burial will be in Union Hill
Cemetery, Kennett Square.
