William C. Cox of Kennett Square

William C. Cox, 61, of Kennett Square, died Thursday, Nov.
18, at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. He was the
husband of Beatrice McNamee Cox, with whom he shared 42 years of marriage.

Born in West Chester, he was the son of the late Charles E.
Paxson and Jennie C. Cox.

He was a truck driver for Growmark FS in Cochranville.

Bill enjoyed working on his cars, reading, flower gardening
and being with his family and friends.

In addition to his wife he is survived by two step-sons,
Harley Wyatt of Brownsmill, N.J. and James Wyatt of Downingtown; one step-
daughter, Judith Ann Gilbert and her husband Ralph of Lancaster; one brother,
James H. Cox of Rawlinsville; two sisters, Esther Stout of Rising Sun, Md. and Joan
Jackson and her husband Burton of Elkton, Md., nine step- grandchildren and
seven step- great-grandchildren, and three nieces and four nephews.

You are invited to visit with his family and friends from 10
to 11 a.m. of Wednesday, Nov. 24, at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Homes, 250
West State Street, Kennett Square, (Phone: 610-444-4116). His funeral service
will follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery, Kennett Square.

In memory of Bill, a contribution may be made to the Kennett
Square Missionary Baptist Church, 408 Bayard Road, Kennett Square, PA.
