Tenth Annual Wildflower Celebration
Mt. Cuba Center
Sunday, April 27, 2014 - 10 am to 4 pm
Join us as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of our spring festival! Stroll through the native plant gardens at the peak of the season, enjoy live music, gardening demonstrations, and more. The first 500 families receive a free plant. Discover sustainable landscaping ideas and explore ecological gardening at learning stations throughout the gardens. Help us commemorate this special anniversary with a tree planting ceremony during the day. A variety of food selections are available for sale. For a full schedule, visit our website mtcubacenter.org. This is a rain or shine event.
Please note that all parking for this event is at the Red Clay Reservation on Old Wilmington Road, just east of Brackenville Road. Proceed to the free parking area where shuttle buses and a foot path to Mt. Cuba Center are located. The parking area is closed to new vehicles at 3:30 pm. Due to our rolling terrain and mulched paths, the use of wheelchairs and strollers is limited. Pets are not permitted.
