Get involved in one of the  largest tree-planting parties Natural Lands Trust has ever hosted. We’re aiming to plant more than 650 trees at our 1,263-acre ChesLen Preserve, in an all-volunteer effort generously supported by TreeVitalize. This large-scale tree planting is part of an important riparian buffer project in the southwest area of the preserve. Preserving riparian buffer (the land around waterways) is one of the best ways to protect and improve creek water quality. No experience is necessary; instruction, tools, and snacks will be provided.
