Civil rights attorney Lani Guinier, a Harvard Law School professor known for challenging conventional thinking on the issues of race and class, will speak at Penn State Great Valley, on Wednesday, Feb. 18, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Following the presentation, she will do a signing of her latest book, Tyranny of the Meritocracy: Democratizing Higher Education in America, which will also be available for sale.
