Fall is an exciting time in the naturalistic garden. From the golden hues of the native perennial sunflowers to the intense reds of the tupelo trees and dogwoods, visitors will be surrounded by the colors of fall.

You want to visit Mt. Cuba Center your way and with no reservation required. We heard you. Whether you are an artist, a parent, a gardener, or someone who wants to spend time outdoors, this is for you. Sit at the Gazebo to reflect upon the pond view or spend time in the Formal Garden with a friend - you decide. Docents and staff will be onsite to answer any question that you may have. We are here to inspire you about the naturalistic garden.

Preparing for your visit:

We suggest that you carpool as we have very lim-ited parking. Not only are you supporting the green movement but you are also allowing more people to experience Mt. Cuba Center.

Put on your comfortable shoes and a light jacket. Bring your camera, your baby in a carrier, a sketch or note pad and enjoy the easy days of fall. Please leave your pet at home. Sorry, we are not stroller or wheelchair accessible.

Pack a lunch if you are staying for the day. Re-member to carry out what you carry in. Or visit Greater Wilmington Convention and Visitors Bu-reau for a list of local places to eat.

We are located in the rolling countryside just minutes from Wilmington, DE. For first time visitors, we strongly recommend you either check out our website for directions or use your GPS and type in:
