The Chester County Department of Community Development (DCD) has prepared the 2015 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) and the 2016 Action Plan for public review. The purpose of the forum is to provide citizens with an opportunity to comment on the proposed 2016 Action Plan, and to learn about DCD's accomplishments in 2015.
