The Chester County Art Association in West Chester is inviting the public to attend its Holiday Artisan Market. Borrowing the magic and charm of Austrian seasonal outdoor markets, it will open on Dec. 11 from 3 to 7 p.m. with an assortment of beautiful handcrafted items – ideal for gift-giving –  mulled wine and cookies.
