Award Ceremony, Presidential Service Award
Thirteen volunteers who have contributed substantial hours of service for the benefit of Friends Association for Care & Protection of Children will receive the Presidential Volunteer Service Award at a National Day of Service ceremony on September 11, 2015.

Who: 13 volunteer honorees; Executive Director of Friends Association, Catherine Friedman; Treasurer of Board of Trustees Dennis Wallace; Director of Development Jack Luke; and Volunteer Coordinator Robin Meixner.
On September 11, 2015, Friends Association for Care & Protection of Children’s, leadership, staff and volunteers of Chester County, PA, come together for a Presidential Volunteer Service Award ceremony. These volunteers contributed cumulatively over 4500 hours to help benefit homeless and near-homeless families with children throughout Chester County. Each volunteer will receive a letter from the President of the United States, Award certificate and Presidential pin.
