No date was set, but members of Concord Township Council Wednesday night granted a conditional use hearing for Wegmans to change its alcohol sales hours. The grocery store was granted conditional use approval in 2015 to sell beer and wine from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Concord Township Council Tuesday authorized the spending of $1 million of ARPA funds and granted conditional use approval for a liquor license transfer and outdoor dining for a restaurant. Concord Township’s Parks and Recreation Committee provided some tasty fun Sunday with a pie-baking contest. There were 19 entries and people who wanted a slice with ice cream got some, as long as they made a donation to the Rachel Kohl Library. The pies were already baked so the June 11 contest at the township park was pretty much a matter of eating and judging.…
