Police said Davar Brown, 26, of Chester, was arrested on charges of making terroristic threats on Aug. 27. According to the police report, Brown was dissatisfied with how his shift was planned when he arrived at his now-former employer’s office, Servpro in Concord Township. Brown reportedly got into a verbal dispute, and was escorted from the building, but then threatened to shoot up the building. The report further said Brown has a criminal history, including making terroristic threats and assault charges.

State police are investigating a reported theft in Concord Township in which an estimated $40,000 worth of property, including jewelry and a safe, from a home on Hudson Way. The theft took place on Sept. 9.

Police are investigating a case of indecent assault on Cheyney Road in Thornbury Township, Delaware County. According to the police report, the suspect — not identified in the report — performed oral sex on a 16-year-old girl who did not consent to the act. The incident happened on Sept. 24.

Kennett Square Police Department

Eston Hernandez-Jasso, 26, of Kennett Square, was charged with simple assault, criminal mischief, and other related offenses after an altercation during which he allegedly pushed a female subject to the ground, causing abrasions on her left forearm and broke the handle off the female subject's vehicle when she was attempting to get away from him, police said. The incident occurred on Sept. 25, at approximately 5:31 p.m., in the 100 block of W. State Street. A criminal complaint was completed, and Hernandez-Jasso was transported to Central Booking at Chester County Prison. Charges were filed in District Court 15-3-04.
