While Birmingham and Concord townships passed their respective budgets this week, Chadds Ford Township supervisors punted. Taxes steady in Birmingham

Birmingham Township supervisors passed the 2024 budget Monday night and local property tax rates will remain at 1.6 mils. That millage rate has held steady since 2010.
