Media Barracks
• For the third time in two months, Lululemon in Concord Township was burglarized. This time it was for $20,000 worth of clothing. The police report said the theft was on Dec. 24 at 11:48 p.m. Multiple alarms had been activated and troopers found the front glass door broken and multiple items of apparel missing.
• Two people were injured in a two-car crash on Temple Road in Concord Township on Nov. 17. Police said one of the injured, Leona E. Bisch, 79, of Boothwyn, was traveling southbound in the right lane of travel on Temple Road when she had a medical episode which then caused her vehicle to leave its lane of travel and crash into the second car. Riddle EMS took Bisch to Crozer Chester Medical Center with fractured ribs, a separated lung, and a minor abrasion to her head. Crozer EMS took the other driver to Riddle Hospital for treatment of pain in her chest, neck, and shoulders. The accident happened on Temple Road north of Sawmill Road at 11:54 a.m.
• Police said Kevin Narcavage, 52, of Glen Mills, was arrested for assault following an incident on Ivy Mills Road on Dec. 18. He is accused of assaulting a 17-year-old boy. Police characterized the incident as a domestic dispute.
• State police said they are investigating a theft from a vehicle in Concord Township on Nov. 28. The unknown suspect took a black bag, a $200 pair of sunglasses, and a $150 Motorola cellphone. The incident took place on Johnson Farm Lane.
• Arnold Downes, 54, of Wilmington, was arrested for trespassing in Concord Township on Dec. 13, police said. The arrest came at 2:32 p.m. after police responded to the call about a possible trespass and found Downes inside the residence without permission.
Avondale Barracks
• Speed was the reason for a one-car accident in Pennsbury Township, according to a police report. Police said Purogami Buddha, 47, of Chadds Ford, was driving east on Ponds Edge Drive at 7 a.m. on Dec. 11, when the Jeep Cherokee he was driving ran off the side of the road, went down an embankment and struck a tree. There were no injuries, but Buddha was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
• Police said Cecilio Y. Vergara, 32, of Coatesville, was arrested for DUI in East Marlborough Township on Dec. 2. The arrest followed a one-car crash on N. Mill Road at Wolaston at 10:11 a.m. The report said Vergara lost control of the car; it struck a tree and wound up overturned in the creek. Vergara fled on foot, police said, but he was later identified, located, and determined to be DUI.
Kennett Square Police Department

On Dec. 18, District Court 15-3-04 issued an arrest warrant for Ross Robinson for failure to appear at a preliminary hearing, a police report said. Robinson, 54, of Newark, was arrested and charged with DUI and related traffic offenses, after the red Dodge he was operating was stopped for traveling without headlights on, failing to stop at a steady red light, and making a right-hand turn at an intersection which is posted "No Turn on Red". The incident occurred on Oct. 29, at 2:33 a.m. in the 100 block of W. State Street. After making contact with Robinson, police said they observed indicators suggesting intoxication, and field sobriety tests showed impairment. Robinson was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and refused to submit to a chemical test of his blood
