Shirley L. Stoneback, 85, of Nottingham, died Saturday, March 11, at her daughter’s residence. Born in Ashe County, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Charlie Smiley and the late Nora Davis Smiley. Shirley worked at the MGA CO-OP for 25 years retiring in 1999.
