PennDOT has announced the following road projects, which are weather-dependent and could affect residents in the greater Chadds Ford area during the week of Feb. 18 through Feb. 24. Motorists are urged to allow extra time if they are traveling through one of the construction zones.

• On Tuesday, Feb. 21, through Friday, Feb. 24, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., lane restrictions are scheduled on Route 926 (Street Road) between Route 3 (West Chester Pike) and Creek Road in Westtown and Birmingham townships, for crack sealing.

• Road patching will force lane closures on the Conchester Highway in Concord, Bethel and Upper Chichester townships on Feb. 22 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

• Bridge repair will cause lane closures and detours on Concord Road in Bethel Township between Valleybrook and Mattson roads beginning March 6 and March 10.

• Green Valley Road, between Powell and Brandywine Creek roads, in Newlin Township, remains closed for bridge repair. Detours are posted.
