Kennett Township Police issue burglary alert

The Kennett Township Police Department is currently investigating several daytime burglaries that occurred on Thursday, Aug. 7, in the northeast area of the township.

Kennett Township Police are urging residents to be vigilant after a spate of daytime burglaries.

Police said forced entry was used to gain access to the homes, according to a township email.

Residents are urged to report all suspicious activity immediately to police by calling 9-1-1.
