Ravanesi Pizzeria Napoletana is now open in Concord Township. The restaurant is at 790 Baltimore Pike between Merion's Produce Hut and the Concordville Inn. It's open Tuesday through Saturday from 4:30 p.m. until they run out of dough.
Owner Dave Ravanesi said the dough takes 30 hours to make before it's baked. It';s made fresh and nothing is carried over to the newt day. There are no leftovers, he said.
He also makes his own mozzarella cheese.
