The annual Chadds Ford Days went off without a hitch despite the threat of some nasty weather. Saturday and Sunday were sun-drenched with activities for the whole family.

Chadds Ford Days began in the 1950s to celebrate the Sept. 11, 1777, Battle of the Brandywine, but has since become a colonial fair and is one of the major fund-raisers for the Chadds Ford Historical Society.
