Beatrice E. Dodson-Cox, 72, of
Kennett Square, deid Wednesday, Aug. 3, at the Bryn Mawr Hospital. Her life
partner, William C. Cox, died in 2010.
Born in Chester Springs, , she
was the daughter of the late Paul J. and Beatrice Nunemaker McNamee.
She was a nurse’s aid at the Friends
Home in Kennett Square, retiring in 2009.
She enjoyed playing Bingo,
gardening, knitting, being with her family and friends and her little dog
“GIGI”.
She is survived by two sons,
James P. Wyatt and his wife Janet of Downingtown, and Harley Wyatt of New
Jersey; one daughter, Judy Gilbert and her Husband Ralph of Lancaster; one
brother, James McNamee of Charleston, N.C.; one sister, Ruth Ann McFadden of Peach
Bottom, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
You are invited to visit with
her family and friends from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 12, at the Kuzo &
Grieco Funeral Home, 250 West State Street, Kennett Square (Phone:
610-444-4116). Her Memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be
private.
