Marked by the shortest period of daylight in the year, the winter solstice has been observed by cultures for thousands of years! Despite the darkness, the evening of December 21st is a time of festivity. Embrace the cold and revel in the coming light at TLC’s 9th annual Winter Solstice Celebration! After a brief ceremony of the seasons, enjoy hot chocolate, music and refreshments by the bonfire while we decorate the evergreen tree atop Crossfield Hill.
