Becoming a Former Smoker is quite an undertaking. As a matter of fact, it is by far the most important decision you will make in your entire life. Not only will it save your throat, your lungs, your heart, and your arteries, most importantly, it will save your life. It will also save you thousands of dollars each and every year. If you are serious about becoming a Former Smoker, and you are willing to invest a weekend and attend a few follow-up support sessions, this is the program that you have been looking for.
Since we know the first 2 days are by far the most difficult, this program is designed to tackle those tough times when the cravings are strongest, like after breakfast and lunch. And, we deal with cravings in real time, when they are actually happening. You will be guided through the tough times with hypnosis, and you will learn self-hypnosis and progressive relaxation to help you resist temptation.
Friday, 6 to 9;
Sat 8 to 2 and Sun 8 to 2.
