Only minimal details were released, but state police from the Media barracks are investigating a report of an indecent assault on a minor and have arrested a 57-year-old man from Lansdowne. The victim was a 17-year-old girl from Chadds Ford. The incident is dated July 7, 2024.

Lululemon in Concord Township was robbed again, and seven teenagers were reportedly arrested. The teens, ranging in age from 14 to 16, are accused of taking $3,863 worth of merchandise.

Police said they arrested a 60-year-old man from Aston for stalking a woman from Newark. According to the report, the woman located a tracking device in her vehicle. During the investigation, the suspect, not named in the report, revealed he planted the device.

Police are investigating the theft of a firearm from a car parked on Sharpley Drive in Concord Township on July 25–26. The weapon is an M&P 9MM valued at $849.

State police are also investigating the theft of two 2022 green Kawasaki dirt bikes reportedly stolen from a garage on Beaver Valley Road in Concord Township on Aug. 11.

Kennett Square State Police

Borough police said Wilder Edilzar Ventura-Velazquez was taken into custody for charges of simple assault and harassment following a July 24b incident on Center Street. The report said police responded to a call about a verbal altercation that turned physical. According to the report, the victim said Ventura-Velazquez was trying to make them and their children leave the apartment, and he placed their belongings outside. During the altercation, Ventura-Velazquez had allegedly grabbed the reporting party's wrist and pushed them out the door multiple times. The reporting party advised they had a history of domestic issues with Ventura-Velasquez and further investigation proved this to be true.

Milven Roblero-Garbiel, 26, was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI on Aug. 3, police said. The traffic stop happened on the Millers Hill approach into Kennett Square at approximately 1:03 a.m. According to the police report, officers observed Roblero-Garbiel’s vehicle twice strike the curb on the right side of the road. Upon making contact with Roblero-Garbiel, officers observed indicators suggesting intoxication, and field sobriety tests showed impairment. He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and refused a chemical test of his breath.
