The Chester County Fund for Women and Girls, a philanthropic and educational nonprofit in Chester County, will be hosting Community Fest 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 14 in Kerr Park, Downingtown. The festival will be held in conjunction with Downingtown Mayor Josh Maxwell’s 5K to End Gender-Based Violence.

The event will feature food trucks, live music, kids’ activities, arts and crafts vendors, and local non-profits eager to share information about how residents can get involved in the local community.
